Across the world severe weather events are now almost a constant
feature You can see these on the news on a daily or weekly basis.
Watch the news and understand what is happening knowing that severe
weather may become worse with catastrophic effects if we don't act
quickly now.
Campaign for radical energy conservation now!
In simple terms: Global warming puts more energy into the atmosphere
and the oceans, which in turn causes increased intensity of convection
currents. This increased energy cause greater intensity of severe
weather effects, whether it be drought, flooding, mud slides,
hurricanes, typhoons, forest fires, cyclones etc. The El Nino effect is
not supernatural as many believe, but is greatly increased by global
warming and affects the whole world, not just in the Pacific.
